Urban warfare through the eyes of soldiers: SOF show how they work in Bakhmut

In the Donetsk region’s Bakhmut, hostilities are underway. The Ukrainian military continue fighting for the city.

The Special Operations Forces (SOF) Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has posted a video of what is happening in the Donetsk region’s Bakhmut on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Battles in the city of Bakhmut through the eyes of Ukraine’s SOF operators. The footage shows just a small part of the work of our soldiers within the city, which can be shown to the public,” the report states.

A reminder that, on April 5, 2023, during a joint press conference with President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda in Warsaw, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky mentioned that Russian invaders had failed to establish control over the Donetsk region’s Bakhmut, but the situation had been the most challenging there.
