Kherson region comes under enemy fire 78 times
On April 9, 2023, Russian troops attacked the Kherson region 78 times, having fired 360 projectiles.
The relevant statement was made by Kherson Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Prokudin on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Seventeen Russian projectiles hit the city of Kherson, namely the area and premises of a garage cooperative in the Korabelnyi district. Residential areas were struck across the region.
According to Prokudin, no casualties among civilians were reported.
Meanwhile, 90 more people were evacuated from the Kherson region’s de-occupied areas.
A reminder that, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops have launched 26 air strikes and four missile strikes over the past day. The enemy also opened fire with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) over 60 times.
