Rubble being cleared away in Slovyansk, casualties rise

In Slovyansk, the death toll in a Russian attack which destroyed houses has risen to six, and at least 17 people have been injured. Rubble is being cleared away.

"According to preliminary information, six people were killed (it just became known that a child removed from the rubble died), at least 17 were injured," said patrol policeman Oleksiy Biloshitskyi, the Kramatorsk City Council posted on Telegram.

It is noted that the rubble is still being cleared away as there may be people under it.

As reported, Daria Zarivna, communications adviser to the Head of the President's Office, reported that a child pulled from the rubble in Slovyansk died in an ambulance.

A pre-trial investigation was launched into the Russian attack on Slovyansk, Donetsk region.
