Two Russian missile carriers combat ready in Black Sea
Ten Russian warships are remaining on combat duty in the Black Sea, including two Kalibr-type cruise missile carriers with a total volley of up to eight missiles.
The relevant statement was made by the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“In the Black Sea, 10 enemy warships are remaining on combat duty, including two Kalibr-type cruise missile carriers with a total volley of up to eight missiles. In the Sea of Azov, there is one enemy warship,” the report states.
In the Mediterranean Sea, up to eight Russian warships are remaining combat ready, including four Kalibr-type cruise missile carriers with a total volley of up to 36 missiles.
A reminder that, since autumn 2022, Russia has fired 850 cruise missiles at the territory of Ukraine, including high-precision and long-range missiles, such as Kalibr, Kh-101 and Iskander.
