Two people rescued from rubble of five-story house in Slovyansk

Two people were saved, and the bodies of six more were retrieved from the rubble of a five-story building in Slovyansk destroyed by a Russian missile.

"Two people were rescued, and the bodies of six people were retrieved from the rubble of a five-story building destroyed by the Russians in Slovyansk. As of 23:00, rescuers of the State Emergency Service dismantled 96 tonnes of building structures," Pavlo Kyrylenko, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

Currently, 30 personnel and seven units of equipment of the Donetsk Region Department of the State Emergency Service are involved in the search and rescue operations.

As reported, around 16:00 on April 14, the Russian troops attacked Slovyansk with S-300 missiles, targeting several residential neighborhoods of the town.

As a result of the massive attack, 11 people were killed and 22 more were injured.
