Russians attack Slovyansk with S-300 missiles, Shahed drones
The Russian troops struck the town of Slovyansk in Donetsk region with S-300 missiles and kamikaze drones at night. No casualties were reported.
"Slovyansk came under another shelling at night. For two hours, the enemy attacked the town with S-300 missiles and Shahed kamikaze drones... Fortunately, there were no casualties," the Slovyansk Town Military Administration posted on Telegram quoting its head, Vadym Liakh, as saying.
Five apartment blocks, seven private houses, a security facility, a healthcare facility, an entertainment center, a business center, and cars were damaged.
As reported, on April 16 in Slovyansk, search and rescue operations were completed in a five-story building that was hit by an enemy S-300 missile on April 14. Fifteen people were found among the ruins: five were saved, ten died.
In total, 15 civilians were killed and 24 more were injured in the April 14 Slovyansk attack.
