Russians shell village in Kharkiv region, one wounded

An 18-year-old girl was wounded in the Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region, during the morning shelling by Russian troops.

This was reported on Telegram by the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, Ukrinform reports.

"On April 18, at around 09:00, the occupiers fired on Petropavlivka village in Kupiansk district. An 18-year-old girl was wounded and hospitalized," the statement said.

Also, according to the agency, on the night of April 18, an aerial projectile was launched from the territory of Russia and landed in the village of Lyptsi, Kharkiv district. As a result, one outbuilding was destroyed and three outbuildings were damaged.

Law enforcement recorded the consequences of another hostile shelling. Pre-trial investigations have been initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

As reported, in the Kharkiv region, Russian troops shelled frontline settlements in Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Izyum, and Kupiansk districts yesterday, April 17, causing a number of damages and destructions.
