Russians attack Kherson region 63 times, 247 projectiles fired

On April 20, 2023, Russian troops attacked the Kherson region 63 times, having fired 247 projectiles.

The relevant statement was made by Kherson Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Prokudin on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Russian troops used heavy artillery, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and aircraft.

The city of Kherson came under enemy fire four times.

According to Prokudin, Russian projectiles targeted residential areas across the Kherson region’s settlements. As a result, two civilians were reported killed and three injured.

Meanwhile, 52 more people have been evacuated from the Kherson region’s de-occupied areas over the past day.

A reminder that, on April 19, 2023, six civilians were injured in Russia’s shelling of the Kherson region.
