Reznikov meets with New Zealand’s defense minister
Ukraine’s Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov met with New Zealand's Defense Minister Andrew Little and discussed additional ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
According to Ukrinform, Reznikov wrote this on Twitter.
“I am grateful for the fruitful meeting with New Zealand's Minister of Defense Andrew Little. The support of our New Zealand friends demonstrates that the free world is united by shared values. I thanked the New Zealand’s government and people for their assistance and discussed with my colleague more ways to strengthen our cooperation,” Reznikov noted.
According to him, Ukraine gained invaluable experience and knowledge during this war, which it is eager to share with its partners.
As reported, a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the Ramstein format is taking place today in Germany, which gathers representatives from more than 50 countries, including NATO Allies and partner countries. This contact group is the main platform for coordinating all military capabilities that NATO Allies and the international community provide to Ukraine to defend against the Russian aggression, in accordance with the right to self-defense, as enshrined in the UN Charter.
