Ukraine, Estonia defense ministries sign memorandum of cooperation

The ministers of defense of Ukraine and Estonia signed a memorandum of cooperation between their agencies.

"We signed a memorandum on cooperation between Ukraine’s MoD & Estonia’s MoD. We are deepening our cooperation on the basis of shared goals - peace and security for our countries and the entire continent," Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov posted on Twitter.

He emphasized that Estonia has been a staunch ally of Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian invasion and thanked the Estonian people and Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur for "outstanding contribution to strengthening our defense and for supporting Ukraine’s European and Euro-Atlantic outlook."

As reported, 600 Ukrainian infantry soldiers were trained in Estonia.
