Two killed in 83 Russian attacks on Kherson region on Apr 23

The Russian army struck the Kherson region 83 times on April 23, killing two people.

Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, said this in a post on the messaging app Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to him, the enemy fired 412 rounds at the Kherson region using heavy artillery, UAVs and aircraft. Russian troops shelled Kherson city three times.

"Russian soldiers hit the residential areas of the region's settlements; the territory and building of an educational institution in the Bilozerka village community," Prokudin said.

"Two people were killed and six injured due to Russian aggression," he said.

According to him, in the past day, 71 more people were evacuated from the territory of the region liberated from the Russians.
