Russians shell four communities in Sumy region
Russian forces shelled four territorial communities of Sumy region on Tuesday, April 25, firing a total of 70 mines and projectiles.
According to Ukrinform, the Sumy Regional Military Administration wrote this on Telegram.
Yunakivka community came under artillery shelling - four hits were recorded. The strikes damaged a power line, the premises of a garage and windows in the building of a sawmill. In addition, the enemy launched two mortar strikes on the community.
The Russian army struck Bilopillia community with mortars and artillery - 25 and 17 hits, respectively, were recorded. As a result of the shelling, a household was damaged.
The invaders used mortars to attack Khotin community – nine hits were recorded. A power line was damaged there.
The Russians shelled Esman community four times with mortars - 13 hits were recorded.
"According to the military, the formation of enemy offensive groups near the state border has not been detected," the regional administration said.
As reported by Ukrinform, on April 24, seven territorial communities of Sumy region came under Russian attacks.
