Russians launch rocket attacks on Druzhkivka, Avdiivka at night

In the Donetsk region, as of the morning of April 26, residential and administrative buildings were destroyed by Russian shelling. 

There was no information about the wounded and dead.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"In the middle of the night, the Russians launched a missile attack on Druzhkivka - a residential building and an administrative building were damaged. In the Volnovakha direction, the enemy fired twice at Novoukrainka and twice at Prechystivka of the Vuhledar community," the statement reads.

According to Kyrylenko, eight houses in Novohrodivka were damaged in the Donetsk sector. Marinka was constantly shelled overnight. Kurakhivka came under fire once. At night, Russians were actively shelling Avdiivka, including four times with rockets and three times with artillery.

Moreover, according to Kyrylenko, in the Horlivka sector Russians shelled Kostiantynivka three times, damaging seven houses. Shelling of the outskirts of the Chasiv Yar, Soledar and Illinivka communities was also registered.

In the Lysychansk sector, a house in Siversk was completely destroyed, and several other houses were partially damaged.

During the day, Zvanivka and Pereizne were shelled.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Russian army attacked nine regions of Ukraine over the past day, damaging schools, kindergartens and houses.
