Russians shell border of Chernihiv region five times in one day

Russian troops fired five times as of 17:00 on April 26 at the border of Chernihiv region.

That's according to the Operational Command "North" on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

In the area of the village of Yanzhulivka, from 10:58 to 11:38, the Russians fired three mines, probably from a 120-mm mortar.

Between 10:45 and 11:36, the aggressor fired two mines, probably from a 120-mm mortar, near the village of Medvedivka.

Also, from 11:56 to 12:50, Russians fired again at the area of Medvedivka, allegedly from a 120-mm mortar, launching six mines.

Between 13:30 and 14:00, occupiers fired six shells, probably from cannon artillery, near the village of Zarichchia.

Between 14:40 and 14:54, 17 hits were recorded in the area of Karpovychi village, probably from an 82-mm mortar.

There was no information about casualties among the local population or damage to civilian infrastructure.

As Ukrinform reported, the Russian army fired on the border of Sumy and Chernihiv regions on April 26, using artillery, mortars, multiple launch rocket systems and helicopters.
