Russians hit Kherson region 61 times in past day, killing two civilians

Over the past day, April 27, the Russian army launched 61 strikes on Kherson region, killing two people.

Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin posted on Telegram that the enemy fired 356 shells from heavy artillery, UAVs, and aviation at Kherson region.

Kherson city was struck six times.

"The Russian military targeted the residential neighborhoods of the populated settlements of the region," Prokudin noted.

As a result of enemy shelling, two people were killed and three more were injured.

Prokudin added that 94 people had been evacuated from the territory of the region liberated from the Russians over the past day.

As reported, the Russian troops shelled Odradokamyanka in Tiahynka community, Kherson region. An elderly woman was killed and her husband was hospitalized.
