Death toll in Russian missile strike on Uman rises to 15

Rescuers retrieved the body of another person from the rubble of the section of an apartment block in Uman destroyed by a Russian missile. The death toll has risen to 15.

"Fifteen people killed in Uman," the Ministry of Internal Affairs posted on Telegram.

As reported, according to preliminary data, 109 people lived in the destroyed section. Seventeen people, including three children, were rescued.

The Ministry predicts that it will take a day to clear away the rubble.

As reported, last night, the Russians fired 23 cruise missiles at Ukraine, 21 of which were destroyed by the Ukrainian troops. Also, two UAVs attacked Ukraine from the air. They were downed in Kyiv region.

In Cherkasy region, the Russians attacked Uman. Two cruise missiles hit a residential building and warehouse premises. About 10 apartment buildings were damaged.
