Russian forces shelled border areas of Sumy, Chernihiv regions 11 times last night

On the night of April 30, Russian forces shelled the border areas of Chernihiv and Sumy regions eleven times with mortars, artillery and tanks.

The Operational Command North posted this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

In particular, from 23:55 to 00:15, six hits, presumably from a 120mm mortar, were recorded in the area of Seredyna-Buda.

From 00:36 to 00:37, two hits, presumably from a 120mm mortar, were recorded in the area of Mykolaivka, as well as five hits from 01:35 to 01:40, and two hits from 02:43 to 02:50.

From 03:05 to 03:19, 11 hits, presumably from a mortar, were recorded in the area of Mykolaivka.

From 03:15 to 03:30, there were six strikes, presumably from a 120 mm mortar, in the area of Halahanivka.

From 01:57 to 02:50, five hits, presumably from barrel artillery, were recorded in the area of Seredyna-Buda, as well as about 20 hits, presumably from MLRS.

From 02:50 to 02:55, six strikes were recorded in the village of Druzhba, presumably, MLRS were used.

From 04:10 to 05:00, 10 hits, presumably from a 120mm mortar, were recorded in the settlement of Leonivka.

From 08:55 to 09:00, eight hits were recorded in the area of Bachivsk, presumably, the enemy used a tank.

From 07:50 to 08:10, six strikes, presumably from barrel artillery, were recorded in the Mykhalchyna Sloboda area.

It is noted that there were no reports of casualties among the local population or damage to civil infrastructure.
