Enemy troops shell two districts of Kharkiv region. Two people injured

Two people were injured as the Russians shelled Kharkiv region on May 1.

"This afternoon, the Russian military again struck the populated settlements of Chuhuiv and Kupyansk districts. In the village of Kucherivka, shells slammed into a private house. The 65-year-old owner was injured. He was taken to a healthcare facility. Neighboring houses were destroyed. As a result of an attack on the town of Vovchansk, a 57-year-old man received shrapnel injuries. He was taken to a local hospital," the press service of the National Police Department in Kharkiv Region posted on Telegram.

The police officers inspect the areas of strikes, record the consequences of the crimes of the occupiers, and collect material evidence.

Criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 1 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As reported, the premises of a healthcare facility were damaged and a medical vehicle was destroyed in Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, in enemy MLRS shelling.
