Russian invaders hit border town in Sumy region

On Tuesday, May 2, Russian troops shelled the town of Seredyna-Buda, Sumy region, with cannon artillery, destroying an educational institution and houses.

That's according to the Operational Command "North" reported on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The occupying Russian troops again fired on a border settlement in the Sumy region. They fired with cannon artillery," the statement said.

The Russians fired from 11:20 to 11:40. 19 strikes were recorded. An educational institution, infrastructure, two private houses and an apartment building were destroyed. There was no information about the victims.

As Ukrinform reported, the Russian army fired four times on the border of Chernihiv and Sumy regions from 22:00 on May 1 to 08:00 on May 2.
