Two civilians killed, five wounded in Donetsk region in past day

Russian troops killed two civilians and wounded five more in the Donetsk region on May 4.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk regional military administration, said this in a post on the Telegram messaging app, according to Ukrinform.

"On May 4, the Russians killed two residents of the Donetsk region: in New York and Bakhmut. Another five people in the region were injured throughout the day," he wrote.

Kyrylenko said it was currently impossible to establish the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
