Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to about 197,670 troops
Russia has already lost about 197,670 troops in Ukraine (+750 over the past day).
The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Between February 24, 2022 and May 12, 2023, the enemy’s total combat losses included also 3,745 tanks (+5 over the past day), 7,295 armored fighting vehicles (+8), 3,068 artillery systems (+15), 559 multiple launch rocket systems (+2), 312 anti-aircraft warfare systems (+2), 308 aircraft, 294 helicopters, 5,996 motor vehicles and fuel tanks (+12), 18 warships/boats, 2,636 unmanned aerial vehicles (+9), 393 special equipment units (+2). A total of 970 enemy cruise missiles were shot down.
