Two killed as Russians shell Kostiantynivka with Smerch MLRS

The Russian army has shelled the city of Kostiantynivka in Ukraine's Donetsk region with Smerch multiple rocket launchers, killing two people.

According to Ukrinform, the Prosecutor General's Office said this in a post on Telegram.

According to the investigation, on May 13, Russian troops once again shelled Kostiantynivka.

"Two residents, including a 15-year-old girl, were killed in the occupiers' attack on the settlement. Ten people sustained various injuries - among them two teenagers aged 15 and 16. They were taken to the hospital for qualified medical care," the post reads.

Apartment blocks and private buildings, a filling station, a pharmacy and shops were damaged and destroyed.

On May 12, the Russian army injured four residents of the Donetsk region.
