Enemy shells two districts of Kharkiv region in past day, casualties reported

The Russian invaders shelled two districts of Kharkiv region on May 14, killing two civilians.

Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Over the past day, the Russian occupiers shelled populated areas of Kupiansk and Chuhuiv districts with artillery, mortars and aircraft. In particular, Kamianka, Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Tabaivka and other settlements came under enemy fire,” he wrote.

Syniehubov stressed that two civilians were killed in the artillery shelling of Starytsia village, Chuhuiv district.

According to him, two private houses were damaged by strikes in the village of Podoly, Kupiansk district, a fire broke out.

In the village of Fyholivka, Kupiansk district, a private residential building was damaged in mortar attacks.

As reported by Ukrinform, a 59-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man were killed in Russia’s shelling in Starytsia village, Chuhuiv district.
