Three Russian Grad MLRS shelling Sievierodonetsk destroyed

In Luhansk region, the Ukrainian troops destroyed three Grad multiple launch rocket systems which were used by the Russian invaders to shell Sievierodonetsk town.

“During the reconnaissance of the enemy's rear in Sievierodonetsk direction, the operators of the Special Operations Forces of Ukraine discovered several BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket systems. The enemy used them to shell Sievierodonetsk, other settlements, and positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the National Guard of Ukraine posted on Telegram and published a corresponding video.

Having defined the exact coordinates of the enemy vehicles with the help of UAV, the soldiers sent these data to the artillery units of the National Guard of Ukraine – M777 howitzer crews. The National Guard soldiers destroyed three out of four enemy rocket launchers with accurate fire.

“Another Grad system was damaged as a result of shelling. Operators of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine spotted the fire for the National Guard artillery units," the report reads.

As reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 199,980 Russian invaders from February 24, 2022 to May 16, 2023.
