Russians hit Zaporizhzhia region 88 times in past day. Three civilians injured

Over the past day, Russian troops shelled 16 towns and villages of Zaporizhzhia region close to the front line.

“Over the past day, the Russians launched 88 attacks, namely 81 artillery strikes on Huliaypole, Orikhiv, Olhivske, Zaliznychne, Preobrazhenka, Malynivka; two MLRS attacks on Poltavka and Malynyvka; four UAV attacks on Poltavka and Mala Tokmachka; an air strike on Novodanylivka,” Yuriy Malashko, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

The destruction of 51 civilian objects – cars, houses, etc. – was recorded.

As Malashko noted, "a 48-year-old man was injured in the shelling of Huliaypole. He has already been given medical aid. The enemy is hitting the center of the town, where civilians still live."

In addition, a 34-year-old tractor driver and a 61-year-old agronomist were injured in a field near Uspenivka.

As reported, on May 15, the Russian invaders launched 90 strikes on 14 towns and villages in Zaporizhzhia region, destroying 24 civilian objects.
