One killed, two injured in Russia’s missile strike on Odesa

On the evening of May 17, 2023, Russian invaders launched a missile strike on the city of Odesa. One civilian was reported killed and two injured.

The relevant statement was made by the South Operational Command on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The [enemy] attack involved different missiles fired from different directions. Most of them were destroyed by the anti-aircraft defense units but, unfortunately, some projectiles hit industrial infrastructure. One civilian was killed and two injured,” the report states.

A reminder that, on the night of May 18, 2023, air raid sirens were massively ringing out all over Ukraine. In some cities, explosions were heard.
