Nine civilians injured as Russians attack Zaporizhzhia region with aircraft, artillery, MLRS
Nine civilians have been injured in Russia’s shelling of the Zaporizhzhia region over the past day.
The relevant statement was made by Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Head Yurii Malashko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
In particular, a man, 42, was injured in Russia’s air strike on Mala Tokmachka. He is in critical condition now.
Last night Russian occupiers also targeted residential houses in Tavriiske with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). Two women, 40 and 44, were injured, as well as an 18-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy.
Additionally, a woman, 39, and three men, aged from 35 to 58, were reported injured in Russia’s overnight attack on Verkhnia Tersa.
Those injured are now receiving medical aid.
According to the data from Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Russian troops launched 92 strikes across 16 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. The enemy attacked Poltavka and Mala Tokmachka with aircraft; opened fire with MLRS seven times, namely on Tavriiske, Novodanylivka, Charivne, Verkhnia Tersa; fired drones at Novoandriivka and Olhivske; and used artillery against Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Novodanylivka, Kamianske, Bilohiria, Chervona Krynytsia, Malynivka, and other settlements.
