Enemy loitering munition hits infrastructure object in Kharkiv
Russia’s loitering munition has hit an infrastructure facility in the city of Kharkiv.
The relevant statement was made by Kharkiv Regional Military Administration on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“According to the investigative data, around 02:30 p.m., May 20, 2023, Russian troops fired a drone at Kharkiv. Based on the preliminary data, it was the Lancet loitering munition. An infrastructure object was hit in the Slobidskyi district,” the report states.
Under the procedural guidance of Slobidskyi District Prosecutor’s Office in the city of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation was launched for the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
A reminder that, on May 19, 2023, Russian invaders shelled at least 21 settlements in the Kharkiv region. One civilian was reported killed and one injured.
