Russian troops shell Kupiansk, two women injured

In Kharkiv region, two women were injured as a result of the Russian shelling of Kupiansk and hospitalized in moderate severity.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The enemy continues to attack civilians in the Kharkiv region. Today, the Russian occupiers fired on Kupiansk once again. Unfortunately, two women were injured - 76 and 53 years old. They are hospitalized in moderate severity," Syniehubov said.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration noted that private houses, commercial buildings and civilian infrastructure were damaged in the city. Emergency services are working at the scene.
