Russia increases number of missile carriers in Black Sea
Russia keeps eight warships on combat duty in the Black Sea, including two Kalibr cruise missile carriers, with a total salvo of up to 16 missiles.
The Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"As of 11:00 on May 23, there are eight enemy warships on combat duty in the Black Sea, including two carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total salvo of up to 16 missiles," the report says.
In addition, there is one enemy warship in the Sea of Azov. There are seven warships in the Mediterranean Sea, including a Kalibr cruise missile carrier, with a total salvo of up to four missiles.
As reported by Ukrinform, earlier the head of the joint press center of the Operational Command South said during the nationwide news telethon that there was one Russian missile carrier with eight Kalibr missiles in the Black Sea.
