Russian forces again attack Dnipropetrovsk region
On May 23, the enemy attacked Nikopol and Marhanets community, Dnipropetrovsk region.
Mykola Lukashuk, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Marhanets community and Nikopol came under enemy attacks today: in the morning, the occupiers targeted the district with heavy artillery," Lukashuk wrote.
According to him, as a result of the shelling, an outbuilding was destroyed, 4 more were mutilated, a hotel building, 6 private houses, and a gas pipeline were damaged. People were not injured.
Also, the enemy attacked Myrove community in the evening. Details are being clarified. In other districts of the region, no enemy strikes were recorded.
As earlier reported, the Russian army shelled Nikopol district from the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region.
