Eleven civilians injured in Russia’s shelling of Donetsk region
Eleven civilians have been injured in Russia’s shelling of the Donetsk region over the past day.
The relevant statement was made by Donetsk Regional Military Administration Head Pavlo Kyrylenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“On May 23, 2023, Russians injured 11 civilians in the Donetsk region, namely five in Toretsk, three in Avdiivka, one in Kostiantynivka, one in Novodmytrivka, and one in Mykolaivka,” Kyrylenko wrote.
Additionally, it is now impossible to count the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, Kyrylenko noted.
A reminder that, on May 23, 2023, Russian troops opened fire on the Kherson region 64 times. Two civilians were reported killed and three injured.
