Lieutenant General Serhiy Nayev, Commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, met with soldiers who returned from combat missions in the east of the country, and discussed the need for better psychological and combat training of Ukrainian servicemen.
In a Telegram post, Commander Nayev noted that he “visited soldiers who recently returned from combat missions in the east of our country. I was informed about their living conditions and the progress of tasks in the Northern operational zone."
"We spoke about gaining combat experience, exchanged opinions about the need to ensure better psychological and combat training of our troops for participation, both in positional battles and in battles in urban areas," Nayev noted.
As reported by Ukrinform, Commander Serhiy Nayev earlier said the Ukrainian military needs two weeks to two months to master new models of Western weapons being delivered to the Defense Forces from partner countries.
