ICC team inspects sites of Russian war crimes in Sumy region

A team of the International Criminal Court led by Caroline Barker, accompanied by the leadership and prosecutors, inspected the sites of war crimes of the Russian invaders in Sumy region.

That's according to the Office of the Prosecutor General, Ukrinform reports.

The ICC experts visited the communities of Okhtyrka and Romny districts, where crimes against people and civilian infrastructure were documented. They inspected private homes in Sumy, where the invaders dropped two bombs, killing 14 people, including four children.

The collected evidence is necessary to prove guilt and bring to justice all those who committed war crimes, the Office of the Prosecutor General emphasized.

As Ukrinform reported, ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan announced the launch of an expanded platform OTPLink for providing evidence of crimes.
