Explosions heard all over temporarily occupied Mariupol

Blasts have been heard all over the Donetsk region’s temporarily occupied city of Mariupol.

The relevant statement was made by Mariupol City Council on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“In the temporarily occupied Mariupol, explosions can be heard all over the city. Residents can observe smoke in the direction of the railway,” the report states.

Reportedly, enemy air defense systems were spotted working from the urban-type settlement of Nikolske.

A reminder that, on May 26, 2023, explosions rocked Azovstal steelworks in the Donetsk region’s temporarily occupied city of Mariupol.

Russian invaders are transforming Mariupol and adjacent settlements into a military and logistics hub of the Russian army.
