Reznikov thanks Denmark for $2.6B in additional aid to Ukraine

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov has thanked Denmark's leadership for their unwavering support for Ukraine.

He reported this on his Twitter account, according to Ukrinform.

"Grateful to Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, Acting Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen and the Government of Denmark for approving an additional USD 2.6 billion of military aid for Ukraine to strengthen the defense capabilities of the Ukrainian army," Reznikov wrote.

He also thanked the Danish people for their unwavering support! "Onwards to our shared Victory!" Reznikov wrote.

In late May, Denmark launched a special investment fund for Ukraine worth a total of DKK 1 billion (about $133 million).
