Russian army fires 52 times in Kherson region in 24 hours, one killed

Over the past day, May 29, the Russian army fired 52 times at the Kherson region, killing one person.

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

According to him, the enemy carried out 52 attacks over the past day, firing 343 shells from mortars, artillery and UAVs.

Russian troops fired ten times at Kherson, launching 50 shells.

"Russian troops hit residential areas of the settlements in the region," said Prokudin.

One person died as a result of Russian aggression.

According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, another 100 people were evacuated from the territory of the region liberated from the Russians.

As Ukrinform reported, on May 29, a 61-year-old man died in his own home in Kozatske village of Novokakhovka community in Kherson region as a result of shelling.
