Russians hit Kharkiv city, region with S-300 missiles
Explosions rang out in the city of Kharkiv. The Russian troops launched a strike using S-300 anti-aircraft missile system.
"The occupiers launch strikes," Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.
He emphasized that residents of Kharkiv city and the region should stay in shelters.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov posted on Telegram that it became known about a strike on Industrialnyi district of the city.
"Explosions rang out in Kharkiv. So far, it is known about a strike on Industrialnyi district. Information about casualties and destruction is being clarified," he added.
Syniehubov posted on Telegram that two strikes were recorded.
"Two strikes on Industrialnyi district of the city of Kharkiv were recorded, all relevant services went to the scene," the post reads.
The Russian troops struck Kharkiv region using S-300 anti-aircraft missile system.
"The enemy struck Kharkiv region with S-300 anti-aircraft missile system. According to preliminary information, one of the strikes hit Industrialnyi district of the city," Chief of the Kharkiv Military Garrison Serhiy Melnyk posted on Telegram.
Later it became known that an industrial facility was damaged in a missile attack, and a woman was rescued from the rubble.
"An industrial object was struck. There was no fire, but there was destruction. A woman was rescued from the rubble," Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov wrote on Telegram.
