Russians attack Toretsk at night - 15 high-rise buildings damaged, two injured
In the Donetsk region, Russian invaders attacked the city of Toretsk in the middle of the night, injuring two people.
Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"In the middle of the night, the Russians struck at Toretsk - they hit the school where the Point of Unbreakable Bonds was located. This is not the first time this school has been hit - the occupiers are deliberately targeting an object that provides humanitarian aid and support to civilians. In addition, 15 multi-storey buildings, five private houses and seven administrative buildings were damaged in the city. Two people were injured," the head of the region wrote.
He noted that in the Volnovakha direction, three houses in Novoukrainka were damaged, Prechystivka and Bohoyavlenka of the Vuhledar community were also under fire.
In the Donetsk direction, the enemy fired seven times at Kurakhove CTO over the last day.
No one was injured.
Four multi-storey buildings, 13 private houses and one administrative building were damaged. Attacks on Krasnohorivka and Maksymilyanivka of the Maryinka CTO were registered.
According to Kyrylenko, Chasiv Yar came under fire in the Horlivka direction, where one person was injured and four multi-storey buildings and nine private houses were damaged. Four private houses were damaged in Kostyantynivka TG.
In the Lysychansk sector, two people were injured in Siversk, the head of the RMA stated.
As reported earlier, on 1 June, Russian troops killed two residents of the Donetsk region - in Avdiivka and Chasiv Yar. In addition, information about one person killed in Vuhledar was established. Another 12 people were injured in the region.
The Donetsk region is constantly under fire from Russian troops, and the enemy kills and injures civilians and destroys infrastructure every day.
