Russian crimes in Ukraine: Police open more than 80,000 cases

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the National Police of Ukraine has initiated 80,321 criminal proceedings over the crimes of Russian occupiers in Ukraine.

"Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, investigators of the National Police of Ukraine have initiated 80,321 criminal proceedings over the crimes committed by service members of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their accomplices in the territory of Ukraine," the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine informs.

As noted, of them: 67,955 cases were opened under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of laws and customs of war); 9,191 – Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine); 2,916 – under Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaborationism); 156 – Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (High treason), etc.
