Enemy shells Nikopol district five times, one person injured
The Russian forces shelled Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk region five times on Thursday.
Mykola Lukashuk, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"A 30-year-old man was injured in artillery shelling in Nikopol. He was hospitalized with a diagnosis of mine blast injuries. He received the necessary help from doctors and is being treated on an outpatient basis," he said.
In addition, a department store, an administration building, a hotel, 4 five-story residential buildings, 2 cars, and a power line were damaged.
Marhanets community also came under enemy shelling.
Rescuers are examining the territory.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Russian army shelled Nikopol, Chervonohryhorivka and Marhanets communities on June 6.
