Russians shell Kherson region 40 times in past day, injuring two civilians
The Russian invaders shelled Kherson region 40 times in the past day, June 14.
Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Over the past day, the enemy launched 40 attacks, firing 192 projectiles from mortars, artillery, and Grad MLRS. The enemy fired 11 projectiles at the city of Kherson," he said.
According to Prokudin, the Russian military targeted residential quarters in the region.
The Russian attacks injured two civilians, the region’s governor stressed.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the evening of June 14, the Russian forces once again shelled Kherson, injuring two volunteers who were helping civilians to evacuate.
