Russians repairing guns at Ilyich Iron and Steel Works in Mariupol
In the territory of the Ilyich Iron and Steel Works in temporarily captured Mariupol, the Russian invaders began to repair the guns coming from Berdiansk direction.
"The occupiers began to repair guns in the territory of the Ilyich Iron and Steel Works in Mariupol. On average, medium-caliber guns are delivered for repair once a week. The guns mainly come from Berdiansk direction," Petro Andriushchenko, adviser to the Mariupol mayor, posted on Telegram and published a video taken in the city.
He also noted that enemy ammunition not in standard (green) boxes but in boxes of natural wood color and with incomprehensible markings was spotted in the area along the coast of the Sea of Azov.
"Such ammunition was supplied toward Berdiansk over the sea. Perhaps, these are new shells, freshly made. Or supplies from Putin's friendly countries. We are figuring out the details," the mayor's adviser added.
As reported, the invaders turn Mariupol and surrounding villages into their military logistics hub.
