Civilian injured as Russian army shells Nikopol with artillery

The Russian army shelled Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, with heavy artillery, injuring a civilian.
Mykola Lukashuk, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"The enemy shelled Nikopol with heavy artillery. A man born in 1950 was injured," wrote Lukashuk.
According to him, the man has a mine and explosive injury, he was taken to a hospital in Dnipro.
The regional council head noted that as a result of shelling, two commercial buildings were destroyed, 16 private residential buildings, 9 commercial buildings, a gas pipeline and a power transmission line were damaged in the city.
As reported, on June 18, Russian invaders shelled Nikopol, damaging critical infrastructure facilities.
