Kuleba discusses new French offensive assistance to AFU with Colonna

During a meeting in London, Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and France Dmytro Kuleba and Catherine Colonna discussed new French support to strengthen Ukraine's offensive capabilities.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform. 

"Dmytro Kuleba held talks in London with his French counterpart Catherine Colonna and expressed gratitude for France's openness to the ambitious results of the NATO summit in Vilnius. The ministers also discussed France's new support for strengthening Ukraine's offensive capabilities," the statement said.

As reported, French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna said during a speech at an international conference on Ukraine's reconstruction that France would provide Ukraine with an additional €40 million in financial assistance for 2023.
