Russians fire 400 projectiles at Kherson region, injuring three civilians
On June 21, the Russian army launched 79 strikes on Kherson region, injuring three people.
Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Over the past day, the enemy launched 79 attacks, firing 400 projectiles using mortars, artillery, Grad MLRS and UAVs. The enemy fired 20 projectiles at the city of Kherson," the report says.
The Russian military targeted the residential quarters of the region, an administrative building of Kherson and a settlement of Novoraisk village community, Beryslav district.
"Due to the Russian aggression, three people were injured," Prokudin said.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the afternoon of June 20, the Russian forces fired at rescuers who were clearing mud from flood-hit Kherson. One employee of the State Emergency Service was killed, eight more were injured.
