Russia’s missile attack on Kyiv: Two more bodies of victims found under rubble

Two more bodies of victims were recovered from the rubble in the apartment block that had been hit by the fragments of the downed Russian missile.

The relevant statement was made by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Rescuers found two more bodies of victims under the rubble of the house in the Solomianskyi district. The operation to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack continues. Rescuers are still working in the house affected,” Klitschko noted.

In general, five people were reported killed.

A reminder that, on June 24, 2023, the fragments of the downed Russian missile crashed into a 24-storey residential building in Kyiv’s Solomianskyi district, having caused destruction and a fire across several floors.
