Enemy shells border area of Chernihiv, Sumy regions
On June 25, the Russian forces again attacked the border area of Chernihiv and Sumy regions.
According to Ukrinform, the Operational Command North reported this on Telegram.
In Chernihiv region, the invaders shelled two settlements. In particular, from 02:10 to 02:30, there were five strikes, a 120mm mortar was likely used, in the area of Hremiachka village.
From 10:40 to 10:53, there were three explosions, a 120mm mortar was likely used, in the area of Tymonovychi settlement.
"There has been no information about losses among the local population or damage to civil infrastructure," the report says.
The Russians also shelled two settlements in Sumy region. From 06:32 to 07:01, there were 11 explosions, mortars were likely used, in the area of Malushyne.
At around 06:46, Russian fired two times, presumably using mortars, in the area of Khodyne settlement.
"Information about losses among the local population or damage to civil infrastructure is being verified," the report says.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Russian invaders shelled Sumy region eight times at night and in the morning.
