At least 4 killed, 42 injured in Russia’s missile attack on Kramatorsk
The death toll in Russia’s missile attack on the Donetsk region’s Kramatorsk has increased to four. Forty-two people received injuries of various severity levels.
The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
A 17-year-old girl was reported among those killed, as well as an 8-month-old baby among those injured.
The explosion affected a restaurant, apartment blocks, trading premises, cars, post office and other buildings. A fire broke out at the scene.
Additionally, Russian invaders struck the detached house suburbs in the village of Bilenke. Five local residents were injured.
Rescuers are still dismantling the rubble, searching for survivors. The number of victims is likely to rise.
A reminder that, on the evening of June 27, 2023, Russian troops launched two missile strikes on the Donetsk region’s Kramatorsk. One enemy projectile hit a restaurant in the city center, and the other struck the village of Bilenke.
