Death toll in Russia’s attack on Kramatorsk rises to 11
The death toll in Russia’s missile attack on the Donetsk region’s Kramatorsk has increased to 11.
The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian State Emergency Service on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Search and rescue operations continue.
“As of 05:00 p.m., June 28, 2023, a total of 11 bodies were recovered from under the rubble, including those of three children. Fifty-six people were injured (one child among them) and seven rescued,” the report states.
Psychologists from the Ukrainian State Emergency Service are working at the scene to help people recover from what they have experienced.
A reminder that, on the evening of June 27, 2023, Russian troops launched two missile strikes on the Donetsk region’s Kramatorsk. One enemy projectile hit a restaurant in the city center, and the other struck the village of Bilenke.
